Ian is no stranger to our club having attended Ballymena Academy, and having played for Ballymena prior to a highly successful professional rugby career.
While playing professionally as well as spells at Leicester and London Irish, Ian won over 100 caps for Ulster. During this time, he also represented Ireland at ‘A’ level.
Ian’s experiences will add valuable knowledge to our coaching team, and assist in ensuring that the next generation of players reach their full potential.
We are delighted that Ian is ‘coming home,’ and I’m sure members would join me in welcoming Ian back to Eaton Park.
