To receive the Honorary Secretary’s Report for the 2025/26 season.

To elect Office-Bearers for the 2026/27 season.

6. Subscriptions:

To consider subscriptions for the 2026/27 season.

7. Members’ Business:

To transact matters of special or general business, of which due notice has been given, in writing, to the Honorary Secretary.
